The pandemic has forced us all to find ways to pamper ourselves and our loved ones while quarantining at home.   Move over home renovations. It’s time for some DIY pampering!

There are lots of ways to show yourself some DIY love. We think your feet are a great place to start. Winter takes its toll on us.  Hit especially hard our skin, hands, and feet. Our feet are often forgotten. They are hidden away in heavy socks, all-weather boots, and ski gear!  Pedicures are nice and in warm weather, for some of us, a necessity but not all of us can or want to venture to a nail salon or spa during this unprecedented time.

Better Homes & Gardens’ Jennifer Aldrich shares this terrific DIY pamsalt scrub killingtonpering salt scrub.  Simple, affordable ingredients (therapeutic salts and essential oils) that most of us have on hand, help make this scrub relaxing, detoxing, and a wonderful way to show your feet some love! Add a little lavender oil, (we like the price & quality of REVIVE),  and you might have the extra benefit of a good night’s rest!

For those of you that prefer off-the-shelve scrubs, we can recommend our very own licensed Esthetician, Charlene’s eco-luxe natural skincare line, Skin and Tonic. Charlene’s botanical and skincare obsession has led her to create products with extraordinary lift for your skin and spirit.  We also love LimeLife’s coconut & lemon verbena Scrubtini. And Sandi our nail technician enjoys Keyano while Alison’s go-to product line is FootLogix!

Cheers to DIY pampering and baby soft feet.
