A native Vermonter, Sherman has trained in martial arts, self-defense, and fitness. A past winner of the Manhattan Trainer Olympics, Sherman built a successful personal fitness training career at Equinox and Duomo gyms in Manhattan, New York, training business leaders and celebrities. Now, he is bringing his experience to the Spa at the Woods in Killington.
