Hello and warm wishes to everyone joining us at the Spa at the Woods! I’m Taylor, and my journey in massage therapy began after experiencing the transformative healing of massage post a spinal injury. It became a beacon of recovery for me and ignited my desire to extend the same healing to others. I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in May of 2019 and joined this wonderful spa in August 2022.

🌿Passionate About Personalized Healing: My passion lies in crafting a harmonious blend of Swedish and deep tissue massages, thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you’re here for relaxation, pain management, or injury recovery, I’m devoted to enhancing your well-being and creating a serene experience for you.

🌿Vermont Explorer & Creator: When not at work, you might find me kayaking, swimming, or relishing the natural beauty of Vermont’s lakes, waterfalls, and swimming holes. I’m also an enthusiast of cooking, painting, woodburning, reading, hiking, and record shopping! A visit to the Japanese style zen garden at Taconic State Park in Castleton, Vermont, is my preferred getaway—it’s an enchanting retreat!

🌿Guiding Philosophy: A profound quote by the 13th-century Persian Poet Rumi resonates deeply with me: “You are not a drop in the ocean, you are an ocean in a drop.” It’s a beautiful reminder of the boundless potential and infinite possibilities residing within each one of us, empowering us to create from that sacred space.
